1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends/holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM MST may ship the same day (subject to carrier pickup schedules).

  • Delays due to high volume or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated via email.

2. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Carriers: UPS, USPS, or FedEx (selected at checkout or based on package size/cost).

  • Transit Times: Vary by carrier and destination (typically 2–7 business days).

  • Tracking: Provided via email once shipped.

3. International Shipping

  • Carriers: May include Canada Post, Deutsche Post, DHL, Evri UK, DPD DE, Sendle, or local carriers.

  • Customs & Duties: Buyers are responsible for any fees. We cannot predict or refund orders due to customs delays/charges.

  • Tracking: Provided but may vary by carrier (some services have limited tracking internationally).

4. Order Cancellations

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including (but not limited to):

    • Item no longer available (e.g., sold on another platform).

    • Suspicious activity or pricing errors.

    • Shipping restrictions (e.g., prohibited items in destination country).

  • If canceled, you’ll receive a full refund via the original payment method.

5. Shipping Issues

  • Lost/Damaged Packages: Contact us within 14 days of delivery date to file a claim with the carrier. We’ll assist but are not liable for carrier errors.

  • Incorrect Addresses: Ensure your shipping address is accurate. Orders with typos may incur reshipping fees or refunds (minus shipping costs).

6. Vintage Item Notes

  • All items are handled with care: Washed, steamed, and inspected before shipping.

  • Due to the nature of vintage goods, minor imperfections may exist (described in product listings).
